In 1994, Tanya Steinhilber (Price) had a vision to use creative tools of evangelism to share the gospel with the lonely and searching of this world. She shared her dream with friends and fellow students in dorm rooms and the cafeteria of Northwest Baptist College and before long this small group of 10 enthused students began an outreach ministry on the city streets of Vancouver.
Today DRIME [Disciples Ready in Mobile Evangelism] continues as a vital, full-time street drama & equipping ministry that uses the tool of choreographed drama set to music to share the Gospel with those on the city streets across North America and other countries overseas.
God has called all His people to extend His word, compassion and love, to those that don't know Him. Many long to bring His message and scripture to diverse communities around the world and yet are unsure of how to go about this.
What if there was a ministry that could quickly mobilize believers to share Jesus with people in all corners of this world? That required no formal education and only minimal training? That immediately touched the hearts of thousands by breaking down barriers of language, age and culture? That refused to water down truth while still sharing the message in a non-threatening and creative way?
