2010 VISIONARY GOALS:

MULTIPLICATION
Goal: To establish 6-8 chapters (national) and 2-3 bases (international) by 2010, in cities and countries as the Lord opens doors.

  • Clarify chapter and base distinctions
  • Pray over and pursue chosen cities
  • Develop a presence in that location
  • Create profile of extension ministries
  • Choose and train leaders
  • Begin active ministry and multiply
  • Develop PDP (professional development plan)

 

EQUIPPING (RESOURCES)
Goal: To become a key provider of evangelistic drama training materials.

  • Have all DRIME dramas produced on video
  • Create an online DRIME store
  • Create a promotion plan
  • Upgrade current materials

 

EQUIPPING (WORKSHOPS)
Goal: To be a significant resource of hands-on drama and evangelism training through workshops and seminars.

  • Recruit and build up more DRIME trainers
  • Expand training opportunities for people
  • Comprehensive weekend conferences
  • Mini-training seminars
  • Increase our profile

 

ORGANIZATION
Goal: To become a healthy, independent, self-sustaining ministry.

  • Get NPO status; transition from TWU (and solidify future partnership)
  • Establish ministry as independent
  • Copyright all dramas
  • Choose revised Board of Directors and create/clarify any other Boards
  • Explore legal implications of other DRIME names/ministries
  • Decrease internal complexity while increasing external ministry
  • Pursue new administrative structure

 

DEVELOPMENT
To develop our members to be increasingly passionate evangelists.

  • Host evangelism training components 4-6 times/year
  • Implement a more deliberate application/recruitment process
  • Review and revise covenant

 

MISSIONS
Goal: To be a key partner with multiple global mission agencies to reach lost people and to ignite long-term impact.

  • Plan summer and mid-year trips.
