Last night I was moved to tears repeatedly ...
amazing how you can be a Christian for so many years and then one day
it just clicks ... He did that ... He endured that ... for me?!

Missions
GREECE 2004:
DRIME made its debut in Greece just prior to the 100 year anniversary
of the Summer Olympics! The team of 8 led by Carissa Brey and Bob Youssef
partnered with Crown of Life and Greater European Missions during the
Summer Games in Athens. Their primary ministry focus was performing at
pre-Olympic events and activities. They were also given the opportunity
to help the local church in Olympic clean-up as well as tract distribution.
The team asks for your continued prayers for the country of Greece as
many of its citizens are closed to the Gospel.
"Being in Athens at a time of such specific anticipation led us to focus on
some of God's greatest promises. Psalm 46:10 says 'Cease striving and know
that I am God; I will be exalted among the nations, I will be exalted in the
earth.' This reminded us that He is truly, eternally, and ultimately
victorious. Being in Greece was hard; it was spiritually dark and we needed
the reminder of God's promise that one day every nation will see Christ as
their Lord and Saviour." - Hillary Thomsen
"A major highlight of the trip was the opportunity we had to minister to a
man named Raed. One night Raed approached our team and quickly bonded with
Bob Youssef through Arabic, which is both Bob's and Raed's native language.
Every day after their initial meeting, Bob was able to connect with Raed,
which resulted in the building of a strong friendship and an opportunity to
share the gospel. Raed came to see most of our remaining performances and
we were thankful a seed was planted in his heart. Bob and Raed continue to
be in contact to this day." - Carissa Brey
